Sonic Induction Drum Journey

Time: 6-8 pm

Whether you seek relaxation, self-discovery, or simply a space to let go and be, the sonic induction drum journey offers a profound opportunity to connect with the wisdom and healing power of sound, returning you to the world refreshed, renewed, and harmonized.

You will start by getting comfortable in a reclining chair with the lights dimmed and optional eye masks and blankets. Our clinical chaplain, Jude O’Higgins, will guide you and the other group members on a shamanic journey through your subconscious mind. A rhythmic shamanic drum beat designed to help you achieve intense relaxation and enter into alternate states of consciousness will fill the space as you journey through your mind to find personal insight.

After the journey, Jude will invite you to write down your experience and will gently guide the group through some integration and optional sharing.
