Elemental Grief Workshop

A 5-Week Supportive Grief Series

Begins on March 19 at 6 pm

The Elemental Grief Workshop is a professionally facilitated, five-week grief support series designed to offer a structured and compassionate space for exploring loss. This series honors grief as complex, non-linear, and deeply human, including losses related to death, identity, health, relationships, and life transitions.

Meeting once weekly, participants are invited to engage grief through creative, somatic, and reflective practices using an elemental framework of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. This approach is accessible across belief systems and supports both emotional expression and nervous system regulation.

This series does not aim to fix, resolve, or eliminate grief. Instead, it supports participants in building capacity to live alongside loss with care, meaning, and continuity.

What to Expect

  • Five weekly two-hour sessions held in a calm, supportive group setting
  • Guided grounding and meditation practices
  • Art-based and symbolic activities for non-verbal expression
  • Ritual elements that help externalize and contain grief
  • Group witnessing without pressure to share
  • Practices paced with attention to nervous system safety and consent
  • Time for reflection and integration during and between sessions

No prior art experience is required. All activities are invitational, and participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace.

How This Fits Into Your Care

The Elemental Grief Workshop is a facilitated grief support series, not psychotherapy. It is informed by trauma-aware and clinical principles and can complement ongoing therapy or other supportive care. All participants are welcome!
