At The Lotus Center, we offer structured classes and professionally facilitated workshops that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and whole-person care. These offerings are designed to complement therapy and medical services, while also being accessible to members of the broader community.

Mindfulness Class
Guided practices that cultivate presence, emotional regulation, and stress reduction in a supportive setting. Classes may include mindful eating, breath awareness, and practical tools for everyday integration.

Guided Drum Journey
A facilitated experiential session using rhythm and guided imagery to support insight, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

Structured breath-based practices designed to support emotional processing, grounding, and clarity in a professionally guided environment.

Grief Support Group
A professionally facilitated support group offering space for individuals navigating grief of any kind. This monthly gathering provides structure, reflection, and community in a respectful and compassionate setting.

Death Cafe
A guided community conversation about death, dying, and the realities of mortality. Death Café creates a safe and open space to explore questions, share perspectives, and engage in thoughtful dialogue without agenda or judgment.

Elemental Grief Circles
A five-week art and ritual-based series designed to support layered and non-linear grief in a structured and compassionate setting. This professionally facilitated program creates space for reflection, expression, and community support.
