Mindfulness Class for Stress Reduction

Our Mindfulness Class is a guided practice designed to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, presence, and emotional awareness. This class offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and build practical mindfulness tools that support everyday life.
Each session blends breath practices, gentle movement, and meditation. For March, we are offering a special focus on Mindful Eating, exploring how awareness and intention can support our relationship with nourishment.

Meet Your Guide, Skyler Chambers, CSW
Skyler is a clinical social worker who takes a client-guided approach to care, viewing each person as the expert in their own life. In the Mindfulness Class, he creates a supportive space for reflection, emotional exploration, and meaning-making, integrating his training in yoga and meditation as accessible tools for regulation and wellbeing. Skyler is passionate about helping individuals cultivate connection, balance, and fulfillment across emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of health.
