If you are a current client, and do not have a patient portal account, please contact the front desk at 385-272-4292 to receive an invitation to join the patient portal.
On the Patient Portal you can:
- Make a payment on your account
- Send a message to your provider or front desk
- Request refills on medications
- Review medications and records
- Access patient forms
Things you should know:
⇒ Bio-Identical Hormone pellet appointments must be made by contacting the front desk 385-272-4292.
⇒ IV infusions are available for clients who want additional support alongside therapy or medical care. Please call us with any questions you have or to schedule.
