TLC Areas of Support
Finding Support That is Right for You
Start With What You Are Experiencing
Sometimes you know you need support, but you don't know exactly what kind.
You may be feeling anxious, depressed, exhausted, or overwhelmed. You may be moving through a loss or major life change. Perhaps your body doesn't feel like it used to, or treatments that once helped aren't helping enough anymore.
You don't have to know what service you need before reaching out for some support. We take a whole-person approach to mental health and wellbeing. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, we consider the many things that can influence how you feel—your mind, body, nervous system, relationships, experiences, health, and sense of meaning.
Start with what you're experiencing, and together we can explore what might help.
Find the Path that Feels Most Like You
Find your way back to calm
Nervous System Health & Resilience
I feel... Overwhelmed. Anxious. Exhausted. On edge. Stuck. Burned out. Unable to relax or sleep well.
When your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long, you may feel the effects throughout your mind and body. Understanding what's happening can be the first step toward building greater resilience.

Grief, Meaning & Life Transitions
I feel...Lost. Grieving. Uncertain. Alone. Disconnected. Like my life or identity has changed and I don't know what comes next.
Loss takes many forms. Whether you're grieving someone you love, navigating a relationship or career change, questioning long-held beliefs, or moving through another major transition, you don't have to find your way through it alone.

Feel better from the inside out
Metabolic & Emotional Wellness
I feel... Frustrated with my health or weight. Confused about food. Low on energy. Uncomfortable in my body. Tired of feeling guilty or like I'm doing something wrong.
Physical and emotional health are deeply connected. Metabolism, nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones, medical conditions, and our relationship with our bodies can all influence how we feel.
Our approach begins with understanding and support—not judgment.

Feel more like yourself again
Midlife & Hormonal Wellness
I feel... Different. Tired. Irritable. Foggy. Not interested in things the way I used to be. Like my body has changed and no one really understands.
Hormonal changes during midlife can affect sleep, mood, energy, cognition, metabolism, sexual health, and your overall sense of wellbeing.
You aren't imagining these changes, and you don't have to simply suffer through them.

Ketamine & Transformational Care
I feel... Stuck. Discouraged. Exhausted from trying. Curious about another approach. Like traditional treatments haven't gotten me where I hoped to be.
For some people experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, grief, or other persistent challenges, ketamine treatment may offer another pathway to explore.
At TLC, ketamine is never viewed as a magic solution. We approach transformational care as a supported process that may include preparation, treatment, therapy, integration, and continued whole-person care.

What if More Than One of These Areas Sounds Like You?
That's completely normal. Human beings don't fit neatly into categories. Grief can affect your nervous system. Hormonal changes can influence mood and metabolism. Chronic stress can affect sleep, eating, relationships, and physical health. Trauma can influence nearly every aspect of wellbeing.
Our Areas of Support aren't meant to put you into a box. They're simply places to begin. When you work with TLC, we can help you look at the bigger picture and explore the combination of support that makes sense for you.
Whole-Person Care Means Having More Than One Path
We believe mental health care can include more than one kind of support. Depending on what you're experiencing, your care might include counseling, medication management, nervous system support, mindfulness, medical and hormonal care, nutrition and metabolic support, ketamine treatment, spiritual care, groups, classes, or restorative experiences.
You don't need to choose all of that yourself.
Begin with what you're experiencing. We'll help you explore what comes next. Call us to schedule a consultation with one of our APRNs, therapists, or our spiritual care director at 385-272-4292.
