Integration Group

The Integration Group is a monthly, facilitated support group for individuals integrating insights from ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, plant medicine, breathwork, drum journeys, or other transformative experiences. This group focuses on grounding insight into everyday life through reflection, discussion, and guided meditation.

Format: Drop-in group
Length: 90 minutes
Cost: $30

Please bring a journal and dress comfortably.

This is an integration group, not psychotherapy. It can complement ongoing therapy or other supportive care or it may be experienced as an individual supportive experience.
