Monthly Integration Support Group
Next class date: March 16 at 6 pm
The Integration Group is a professionally facilitated group offering space to thoughtfully integrate insights from non-ordinary or transformative experiences into everyday life. Integration is not a single moment, but an ongoing process of reflection, embodiment, and discernment as meaning unfolds over time.
This group is designed for individuals who have participated in experiences such as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, plant medicine journeys, breathwork, sonic induction experiences, or other altered or expanded states of awareness. The focus is not on re-experiencing the journey, but on translating insight into grounded, sustainable change.
Participants gather in a psychologically safe environment to explore how experiences continue to shape perception, emotion, and behavior, and how that wisdom can be carried forward with intention.
What to Expect
- A small, supportive group setting with clear structure
- Grounding practices and personal introductions
- Facilitated discussion around experiences that feel incomplete or difficult to integrate
- Exploration of symbolism, meaning, and insight
- Practical frameworks for applying insight to daily life
- A closing guided visualization or meditation for integration and grounding
Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace. Sharing is always optional. Please bring a journal and dress comfortably.
How This Fits Into Your Care Pathway
The Integration Group can complement therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, and other integrative services. It supports emotional regulation, meaning-making, and alignment between insight, intention, and behavior over time.
