A Year-End Letter from Our Founder, Cindy Wasek
Dear Lotus Center Community,
This year has been one of meaningful growth and transformation at The Lotus Center. We’ve expanded our offerings in ways that allow us to support mind, body, and spirit with even greater depth and intention. We have added talented new providers to our team to help us serve more of our community and to provide the very best care. We have expanded our services including:
- ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
- IV nutrition
- our online Thorne supplement dispensary
- spiritual care
- grief support groups
- mindfulness classes
With an expanded team and this comprehensive toolkit of services, we’ve been better able to design uniquely beneficial healing paths, reflecting each client’s needs, preferences, and personal journey.
Still, the most profound growth and transformation we’ve witnessed hasn’t been in our team or our services; it has been in you.
We’ve watched individuals rediscover hope, reconnect with their inner wisdom, soften long-held pain, nurture healthier relationships, and embrace new tools for living.
As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the many healing journeys unfolding within our Lotus Center community. No two paths have looked the same, yet each one reflects remarkable bravery, growth, and transformation with the courage to begin, to continue, to pause, to rest, to grow, and to ask for support when needed.

Healing is rarely linear. It loops, bends, widens, and unfolds in its own timing. It can be difficult and painful. And still, again and again, we see your resilience. Whether this year brought breakthroughs, challenges, clarity, or more questions than answers, every step mattered. We honor the strength it takes simply to show up for yourself, even on the hardest days.
What has become unmistakably clear is that healing, growth, and transformation happens in connection. In the presence of someone who listens, in a space that feels safe, and within a community where you are seen and valued.
Whether you visited us regularly, joined us for a single moment of care, or continued your wellness practices quietly from home, you are part of the Lotus Center family. We are deeply grateful to walk beside you, and your stories, courage, and vulnerability shape the heart of our work every single day.
As we move into a new year, I hope you offer yourself gentleness with permission to rest, space to reflect, and recognition of how far you’ve come. I also hope you’ll be as excited as we are about the new year to come, knowing that new possibilities await. New clarity, new wellness, new hope. We are honored to continue to walk this path with you.
Thank you for trusting us with your care and for being part of this community. Thank you for inspiring us with your growth and transformation over this past year!
With warmth and gratitude,
Cindy Wasek, DNP, APRN
